KANYE WEST - CORONER RULES OUT 'MISADVENTURE' IN WEST'S MOTHER'S DEATH

Rapper KANYE WEST's mother DONDA died of heart disease and "multiple post-operative factors", according to a coroner's report. The 58-year-old passed away on 10 November (07), one day after she underwent cosmetic breast reduction, tummy tuck and liposuction procedures. A statement released by the Los Angeles coroner on Thursday (10Jan08) reveals an autopsy failed to pinpoint the exact cause of death, but confirms West did not die as a result of "surgical or anaesthetic misadventure". The report reads: "The final manner of death could not be determined. Multiple post-operative factors could have played a role in the death. The exact contribution of each factor could not be determined. There was no evidence of a surgical or anaesthetic misadventure."
