BILLY CORGAN - CORGAN SUES CAMERAMAN OVER 'POOR' FOOTAGE

Rocker BILLY CORGAN is suing a filmmaker after claiming his work was not up to scratch.
The Smashing Pumpkins frontman hired Lester Cohn to document his recording sessions and live performances.
But in a lawsuit filed in Lake County in Chicago, Illinois last week (beg 21Jul08), Corgan allegedly accuses Cohn of producing sub-standard work and alleges he demanded more money before handing over the video footage.
Corgan is also seeking $100,000 (GBP50,000) in damages, according to The Chicago Tribune newspaper.
The lawsuit is said to claim Cohn, of Pure DV Productions, carried out work that was "completely unsatisfactory and not completed in a professional, workman-like manner in accordance with the standards of a music filmmaker".
