ANDY DICK - COPS WARN DICK ABOUT THROWING BEER BOTTLES + NOISE

Comedian ANDY DICK was reprimanded by Los Angeles police officers on Tuesday (28Aug07) night - for throwing beer bottles into his neighbour's back garden. Cops responded to a complaint that DICk was hurling bottles over his garden wall and issued the 41-year-old with a warning. However, less than three hours later, at 12.30am on Wednesday (29Aug07) morning, police received another complaint about noise coming from DICk's house and returned to again reprimand the funnyman. Any further violations of disturbing the peace in his neighbourhood will land DICk with misdemeanour charges, reports website TMZ.com.
