PULP - COCKER FURY AT U.S. MEDIA'S TREATMENT OF OBAMA

Former PULP frontman JARVIS COCKER used a recent Brooklyn stage appearance to slam the American press over the way they represent U.S. presidential hopeful BARACK OBAMA.
The controversial rocker took to the stage at Brooklyn's Music Hall of Williamsburg on Monday (29Jul08) night, and hit out at the American media for casting the popular senator in a negative light.
The British singer told revellers at the gig: "They're really taking the p**s out of Barack Obama (on the news) and its really not fair.
"What I am saying is kill all those capitalist b**tards…and then p**s on their ashes."
