NIRVANA - COBAIN MOVIE TO FEATURE NIRVANA SOUNDTRACK
The latest movie to be made about tragic NIRVANA star KURT COBAIN will be the first to feature music from the legendary rocker - after singer COURTNEY LOVE sold the rights to film studio Universal Pictures. Love - who was widowed by Cobain following his suicide in 1994 - has previously refused to allow movie companies to access to the Nirvana back catalogue, to which she owns the rights. But the former Hole rocker appears to have had a change of heart, and has now handed over rights to some of Nirvana's music along with those of the Cobain biography, Heavier Than Heaven. The author of the book, which was the inspiration behind the upcoming Love-produced film, Charles R. Cross, says, "Courtney Love has packaged my book rights with Nirvana's music. It's important, as for it to be a definitive Kurt biopic you need the music."
