GLENN CLOSE - CLOSE CAN'T PART WITH MOVIE WARDROBE

Actress GLENN CLOSE keeps a museum full of costumes collected from her decades-long movie career - because she's obsessed with her eccentric on-screen characters.
The legendary star began her collection after her first movie, 1982 film The World According to Garp.
But Close's hoarding ways soon became a habit she's been unable to kick.
She says, "I have all my costumes. I have an unbelievable costume collection... they represent some of the most phenomenal feats of design and execution you could ever see. I get very attached to my costumes because you spend a lot of time in the fitting room.
"For me it's a very important part of creating the character in those fittings, because in film you don't have a lot of rehearsal. By the time you're in your full drag, a lot of that has been collaborated with the make-up artist and hair stylist and the costume designer, so they mean a lot to me."
