ERIC CLAPTON - CLAPTON + WINWOOD TO REUNITE

ERIC CLAPTON and his former BLIND FAITH bandmate STEVE WINWOOD are reforming to play three shows together next year (08). The live performances - which follow an impromptu reunion between the pair at a U.S. music festival last July (07) - will take place at Madison Square Garden, New York from 25 to 27 February. Clapton, who released one album with Winwood as Blind Faith back in 1969, says, "Our set at the Crossroads Festival this summer was a real treat, so I expect these shows will be good fun for us and for the fans."
