CHARLOTTE CHURCH - CHURCH NAMES DAUGHTER RUBY

Singer CHARLOTTE CHURCH has named her baby daughter RUBY MEGAN HENSON. The opera star-turned-TV presenter gave birth to her first child with rugby player boyfriend Gavin Henson at their home in Wales on Thursday (21Sep07). A message on 21-year-old Church's website reads, "I've just been chatting to Charlotte this morning and she told me that she and Gavin have chosen the name Ruby for their baby daughter. "Ruby was born at 10.35pm last Thursday and weighed in at 6 pounds 12 ounces, exactly the same weight that Charlotte was when she was born. "Charlotte said that they have spent the weekend receiving family and friends and everything is fine with both her and Ruby."
