MADONNA is ecstatic after her favourite jewellers designed a custom-made diamond bauble for the singer. The MATERIAL GIRL has worn baubles by Chopard to the Brit Awards, The Grammys and the Academy Awards over the past eight months, and was stunned when they presented her with a special gem to commemorate her latest album. The French company have designed an 18 carat white gold necklace with 1.95 carats of white diamonds and a mobile diamond mounted on an Indian-style chain of eight brilliants, which forms the words HUNG UP - the first single from her latest disc CONFESSIONS ON A DANCEFLOOR.
