Former SPICE GIRL MELANIE CHISHOLM has blamed ROBBIE WILLIAMS' wild ways for the failure of their relationship. The I TURN TO YOU singer confessed to the couple's brief affair in the mid-1990s earlier this month (MAR07), having denied the romance for years. But the star admits the relationship was doomed to failure because of William's hard partying and busy lifestyle. She says, "It was nothing serious but we went on a couple of dates and it didn't really work out. It was 10 f**king years ago and I'm still talking about it! "It was just a chemistry thing really. Sometimes there's not a major reason. He was busy travelling all over the world and so was I. At the end of the day, you're never going to get Robbie to settle down are you? You're never going to tame that beast!"

yvie & the_furian: great comments guys couldn't have put it better myself. I'd forgotten Melanie Chisolm even existed, that says it all doesn't it. Goes to show she always was & always will be a nobody. Must really get under women's skin to have realised that Rob basically used em & abused em. Clearly that's all they were/are worth, otherwise one of them WOULD have already been 'the one' for him. Like they say;it takes two to tango, a couple of dates & they blow everything out propotion like it's true love. Maybe these airheads will see reality for it really is oneday?? Man I feel so sorry for Rob having to constantly endure this absurdity from females, no wonder he prefers to remain single!!
