RED HOT CHILI PEPPERS have been forced to postponed the Japanese leg of their world tour after frontman ANTHONY KIEDIS was struck down by pneumonia. The American rockers were scheduled to perform at Osaka's Kyocera Dome and the Tokyo Dome, on Wednesday (22MAR07) and tonight (23MAR07) respectively. Kiedis was been diagnosed with bronchial pneumonia and is under doctors order to refrain from flying for 10 days. A statement from the group reads, "The Red Hot Chili Peppers wishes to tell all of the Japanese fans how sorry they are to not be able to play the shows as scheduled, but are very much looking forward to seeing them soon. Please accept our deepest apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused."
