CHILI PEPPERS FAN KILLED IN NEW ZEALAND

A RED HOT CHILI PEPPERS fan has died in New Zealand after being run over while camping out, waiting to buy tickets for a concert. According to authorities, the 18-year-old was hit this morning (05MAR07) while waiting for a ticket outlet in the northern North Island town of Whangarei to open. He was sleeping in the venue's car park when the incident happened. Local police are looking for the driver of the car, who immediately drove off after the incident. A representative for the group says, "The band's hearts and prayers are with the family at this sad time."
