GIRLS ALOUD - CHERYL COLE: 'A BABY CAN WAIT'

GIRLS ALOUD star CHERYL COLE is holding off plans to have a baby with husband ASHLEY - to focus on her career. The singer - who has been married to the English soccer ace for over a year - admits her husband is desperate for a child, but she is not so keen. She says, "If it were up to Ashley, he'd have a baby tomorrow. I want one sooner or later but my schedule with Girls Aloud is booked right up until next year so I'm going to have to book a nine-month slot at some point. "There are other people who would be affected if I got pregnant. The band have got a bit of a break next year, once or tour is out of the way, so maybe then. There's so many things to consider, it's crazy."
