THE WEST WING - CHENOWETH TRIPLES UP IN BROADWAY SHOW

Former THE WEST WING star KRISTIN CHENOWETH is set to become a real triple threat when she takes on the three lead roles in a new production of THE APPLE TREE on Broadway. The Tony Award-winning stage star will play EVE, PRINCESS BARBARA and ELLA in the BOCK + HARNICK musical at Studio 54. The Apple Tree, which opens in December (06), is based on MARK TWAIN's THE DIARY OF ADAM + EVE, THE LADY OR THE TIGER by FRANK STOCKTON and JULES FEIFFER's PASSIONELLA. The Apple Tree premiered on Broadway in 1966 and was originally directed by MIKE NICHOLS.
