KRISTIN CHENOWETH - CHENOWETH PLANS GAY ANTHEM ALBUM

Beloved Broadway star KRISTIN CHENOWETH is set to make her gay fans happy by recording an album full of camp anthems.
The Wicked and West Wing star, who will be honoured by gay education group The Point Foundation in Los Angeles next month (Sep08), admits her make-up artist gave her the idea for a For The Gays album, and she thinks it would be a big hit.
The actress/singer tells Eonline.com the song list will include The Man That Got Away, Boogie Woogie Bugle Boy, Barbra Streisand favourite Papa, Can You Hear Me? and Going to the Chapel in honour of California's new same-sex marriage laws.
She says, "One of the make-up artists at (TV show) Pushing Daises was like, 'What's your next album gonna be?' And I said, 'I dunno.' He was like, 'How about For the Gays?' I was like, 'Genius!' That is going to be the title of my next album - For the Gays."
