The will-they-won't-they saga over the would-be marriage of Charlotte Church and Gavin Henson has taken another twist today.

The singer recently announced she was pregnant with the Wales rugby star's baby, immediately setting tongues wagging about when the couple would tie the knot.

After both stars hinted they were considering marriage, speculation reached new heights that they would soon announce details of the big day.

However, after reports appeared in the Sun that a 'fairytale' castle, Castell Coch, had been singled out for the ceremony and plans made, the singer's management today denied that was the case.

Church's team told the BBC there was no truth in the story, insisting no such decision has yet been taken.

The Welsh singer has had a turbulent relationship with the press since emerging on the scene as the 'Voice of an Angel', with her boozy antics and boyfriends garnering much attention.

However, the 21-year-old has given up smoking and drinking since she found out she was pregnant and has enjoyed an upturn in the fortunes of her career and love-life in recent years.

Her two-year relationship with Henson has coincided with success in her burgeoning television career and the mother-to-be now hosts her own show on Channel 4.
