WOLFGANG PUCK - CELEBRITY CHEF PUCK AND WIFE WELCOME BABY

Celebrity chef WOLFGANG PUCK and his fiancee, handbag designer GELILA ASSEFA, welcomed their second child on Monday (18DEC06). The baby boy weighed in at 7 pounds, 3 ounces (3.26 kilograms) and was born at 12:59 pm (local time) in Los Angeles. Puck's representative, CLARE DAVIS, tells American publication People, "Wolfgang and Gelila are overjoyed to welcome to their family ALEXANDER WOLFGANG PUCK. "Mother and child are still recovering at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles." This is the second son for Puck, 57, and Assefa, 37. The couple's first child, OLIVER, was born in July 2005. Puck also has two sons from his first marriage to business partner BARBARA LAZAROFF. The Austrian-born chef owns the new Beverly Hills steakhouse Cut and has restaurants around the world.
