CBS revenue in 2007 should be on par with 2006, CBS chief Les Moonves forecast today (Tuesday) as the company reported fourth-quarter profit of $335 million on sales of $3.89 billion. During the comparable quarter a year ago, when it wrote down the value of its radio unit, CBS reported a loss of $9.23 on sales of $3.79 billion. Moonves credited the slight rise in sales this year to growth in its billboard company and syndication sales of Star Trek: Voyager, produced for the now-defunct UPN network, which merged with The WB last year to become the CW network.
