CATE BLANCHETT - CATE BLANCHETT SHOWS OFF NEW BABY AT ARTS SUMMIT

Cate Blanchett's third son has made his first public appearance at an arts summit in the Australian capital Canberra.
Ignatius Martin Upton, who was born on Sunday April 13th, accompanied his actress mother to a meeting of the Creative Australia panel ahead of country's 2020 summit.
Weighing 3.6 kilograms (7.94 pounds) at birth, Ignatius is Blanchett and her writer husband Andrew Upton's third son after six-year-old Dashiell, and Roman, three.
The Lord of the Rings star said her attendance at the event was "a measure of my belief in the weekend".
"As you could imagine, I would rather be in bed," she explained.
Blanchett, who can next be seen as Agent Irina Spalko in the fourth Indiana Jones film, said she believed the panel was the start of "a long and meaningful relationship between artists and the government - not as an adjunct to, but as a fundamental aspect of, society", the Reuters news agency quoted her as saying.
Fellow Australian actor Hugh Jackman said Blanchett was a "superwoman".
"She is amazing on every level. I think she is flawless as a person and I am thrilled that she is leading our stream," he added.
