The 19-year-old heartthrob and Hogan were spotted kissing and cuddling during a recent visit to the Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas. An insider tells American magazine Star, "Brooke never left Aaron's side. She kept putting her hand on his back, and they laughed at everything. There was a flirty vibe."
