CHRIS CAGLE - CAGLE + GIRLFRIEND ARRESTED FOR FIGHTING

Country star CHRIS CAGLE has been arrested for domestic assault in Nashville, Tennessee.
Police claim they were called to a disturbance after Cagle and his girlfriend, Jennifer Tant, got into a drunken fight on Wednesday morning (28May08).
Both have been jailed on misdemeanor domestic assault charges.
Under Davidson County Sheriff's Department rules, both Cagle and his girlfriend will spend a mandatory 12 hours behind bars before they can post bail.
The arrest is yet another legal headache for Cagle, he's also due to stand trial on a misdemeanour assault charge in connection with a pre-Christmas (07) bar fight in Tucson, Arizona.
The singer is accused of punching Tucson native Mark Barry after Barry's girlfriend became verbally abusive when the country star refused to sign an autograph for her.
At a hearing last month (Apr08), Cagle's attorney insisted his client acted in self-defence.
Barry has filed a civil suit against Cagle and his sound engineer, Kenneth Hoyt.
