BUSTED - BUSTED SUED OVER AUTOBIOGRAPHY

Former BUSTED stars MATT WILLIS and JAMES BOURNE are being sued for the second time by the British group's original members KI FITZGERALD and OWEN DOYLE. Fitzgerald and Doyle were part of the original line-up before they left in 2002, just before the group hit the big time with WHAT I GO TO SCHOOL FOR. They were replaced by current FIGHTSTAR frontman CHARLIE SIMPSON. In 2005, both Fitzgerald and Doyle filed separate lawsuits, demanding royalties for hit Busted songs they claimed they wrote. Willis and Bourne have both been filed with a writ to appear at London's High Court next month (DEC06). The rockers have been filed with a second lawsuit by Fitzgerald and Doyle, who claimed their names have been left out of a forthcoming Busted autobiography.
