U.S. financier WARREN BUFFET has ended Microsoft founder BILL GATES' 13-year reign as the world's richest man. With a $62 billion fortune, the revered big business icon and philanthropist, has topped Forbes magazine's annual Billionaires list. Gates drops to three on the new countdown, with Mexican telecommunications mogul Carlos Slim Helu named at two with $60 billion. The top celebrities on the list are movie moguls George Lucas and Steven Spielberg - with $3.9 billion and $3 billion fortunes, respectively.
