BRUCE LEE MOVIE PLANNED

Kung-fu legend BRUCE LEE's family are planning to celebrate the star and banish "fabricated or exaggerated" stories about him by releasing a new movie and book. Lee's brothers and sisters will produce the film, and are due to begin casting for the lead role in the next few weeks. A statement from ROBERT LEE - the president of the Bruce Lee Club - reads, "To this day, many stories about Bruce Lee continue to be told, many of which are fabricated or exaggerated. "Today, as Bruce's brothers and sisters are getting older, and in order to help the public understand the real life of Bruce Lee, Robert has been appointed a very heavy responsibility from the family to clarify the legend of Bruce Lee." The biography, which is being written by Robert Lee, will be released on 27 November (06), on what would have been Bruce Lee's 66th birthday. The film and book will be followed by a series of movies and TV documentaries on the martial arts legend, to be make by the Lee family and Chinese production company JA Media. Bruce Lee died aged 32 on 20 July 1973.
