JAMES BROWN - BROWN'S WIDOW ANGRY ABOUT FAMILY'S BURIAL PLANS

JAMES BROWN's angry widow has blasted the soul legend's children for allegedly digging up her husband's body after burying him without including her. TOMI RAE HYNIE has fallen out with Brown's kids as they challenge the validity of her marriage to their father and the parentage of her five-year-old son JAMES BROWN II. But Hynie, who claims the family tried to keep her out of the three funeral services for the Godfather of Soul, is really annoyed by claims that Brown has already been buried before a planned mausoleum, his final resting place, was built - part of her husband's final wishes. Fighting back tears of anger on US news show ENTERTAINMENT TONIGHT last night (05JAN07), incoherent Hynie raged, "They bury him and don't tell me; I read it in the paper the next day and when they find out in the news that I'm so upset about it, they get the body... and they exhumed it? "Then they pulled it back out and put in the funeral home because they found out that I was angry that I wasn't invited to them putting them in the ground until they'd built the mausoleum." Hynie claims Brown wanted to be laid to rest in a mausoleum on the grounds of his home in South Carolina.
