SPICE GIRLS - BROWN LOVES TO COMPLAIN DURING WORKOUTS

Former SPICE GIRLS star MELANIE BROWN hates exercising - and moans all the way through her strict workouts.
The pop star, who toned up during her stint on U.S. reality TV show Dancing With The Stars, is launching a new fitness video next year (Feb09).
But she admits she finds working out gruelling - and will constantly complain to help get through her exercise sessions.
She says, "I just think I am a real person - my workout is realistic. I moan all the way through it. I complain a lot. Who actually enjoys a workout fully without a good old moan?"
