SPICE GIRLS - BROWN LAUNCHES FITNESS VIDEO

Former SPICE GIRLS star MELANIE BROWN has used her experience on U.S. TV dance contest DANCING WITH THE STARS to launch a new fitness video.
The pop star, who almost claimed victory from Brazilian racing driver Helio Castroneves on the show last year (07), has used her new dancing skills to create Totally Fit, a 28-day plan of aerobic and resistance workouts.
She tells People.com, "For anyone with jubbily bits, I'm going to tighten you up, make you laugh and enjoy your workout no matter what level of fitness you are."
The video will be released on 3 February (09).
