DURAN DURAN - BROADWAY STRIKE HITS DURAN DURAN

The continuing strike by stagehands at Broadway theatres in New York has forced DURAN DURAN to cancel three concert dates.
Following the news, the 80's pop-rock stalwarts have been forced to relocate the last three nights of a ten show residency scheduled for the Ethel Barrymore Theatre to the Roseland Ballroom.
And the group expressed their disappointment that would be unable to complete the dates as scheduled.
Singer Simon LeBon told the BBC: "We are really disappointed that we weren't able to finish up the run on Broadway, which has been in the planning for months.
"However, we are relieved that there was somewhere else available to us so that we don't have to disappoint our fans by not playing," he added.
DURAN DURAN will release their new studio album RED CARPET MASSACRE, featuring collaborations with hip-hop producer TIMBALAND, later this month.
