BRIGHTMAN'S HEARTACHE OVER NO CHILDREN

English soprano SARAH BRIGHTMAN is saddened she has never been able to have children of her own, after suffering two miscarriages and an ectopic pregnancy. The former wife of musical impresario SIR ANDREW LLOYD WEBBER admits she desperately wanted children, but it seems mother nature had other plans for her. She says, "After my marriage to Andrew ended, I suffered an ectopic pregnancy and two miscarriages. "If motherhood had happened, it would have been lovely. I am extremely good with my nieces, so I think I'd have been a good mother. "I tried everything to have a baby - including IVF - but it wasn't to be."
