BRANCH'S COUNTRY BAND CAUGHT UP IN DIVORCE BATTLE

MICHELLE BRANCH's country band THE WRECKERS are caught up in a divorce battle as bandmate JASON MOWERY's estranged wife fights the fiddler for child support. Mowery left his wife Abigail last year (06) after he fell for Branch's Wreckers sidekick Jessica Harp. Abigail was heavily pregnant with the couple's child at the time. Mowery and Harp have since become engaged - something an excited Branch let slip during a show in New York in July (07). And now Abigail Mowery is dragging her husband to court in October (07), claiming the fiddle player is in arrears on child support.
