BRADY BUNCH - BRADY BUNCH STAR'S BOOK WON'T CONTAIN LESBIAN SCANDAL
LATEST: Publishers at HarperEntertainment has rushed to slam reports former THE BRADY BUNCH star MAUREEN MCCORMICK plans to tell all about a lesbian fling with her on-screen sister.
Insiders at the company insist stories suggesting TV's Marcia Brady will come clean about a romance she had with co-star Eve Plumb, who played her sister Jan on the hit show, are pure fiction.
A HarperEntertainment spokesman says, "This was just a wild internet rumour. The book has not been written yet."

You know, I just wish and pray the press hounds would leave Maureen alone!
Sure she's made mistakes in her life, who hasn't... unless you have the valid
title "Saint" in front of your name.
Writing a book is excellent therapeutic medicine. Getting your life, or
sections thereof, down in writing, including the mistakes you've made clears
the psyche and soul. You press hounds do know Maureen could write the book and
never publish it, or did you forget that part. There have been celebrities in
the past that have written books, painted pictures, written music, etc. and
never published or released their works. It wasn't until after their deaths
were these items discovered, and you can't pick a dean person apart.
This concentration on her "sexual hijinks" is doing nothing but fueling the
perverted sexual fire surrounding Maureen McCormick. All this because she was
America's sweetheart in the '70s, and had millions of young boys, including
myself, that wanted to date her. Can we just wait for the poor woman to finish
her book. Then cry lesbian affair if you want [providing it's in the book].
I just feel terrible for Maureen. She's doing this as a cleansing, and
everyone else is using it as a sexual escapade. Please people just wait for
the book. SHEESH! This is worse than when the Harry Potter books came out!
