BOY GEORGE DREADED MOTHERS REACTION TO ARREST

British singer BOY GEORGE has pleaded not guilty to charges of false imprisonment following accusations from a male escort. The former Culture Club frontman - real name George O'Dowd - is accused of chaining Norwegian man Audun Carlsen to a wall at his home in Hackney, East London. The 46-year-old also faces assault charges relating to the alleged incident on 28 April (07). But at a court appearance in London on Thursday (28Feb08), O'Dowd denied the allegations. He has been released on bail and his trial is set to take place at Snaresbrook Crown Court in November (08).
