Tabloids speculated about her skinny look, claiming it was due to the heartbreak following her split from actor boyfriend Orlando Bloom, but the actress reveals it was down to something much more serious. Now looking healthy again, Bosworth says, "I went through a really tough time then. "I had a family member who we found out had a terminal illness, and he just passed. "It was all emotional stress and that's how it affects my body."
