JON BON JOVI - BON JOVI SELLS UP IN NEW YORK

Rocker JON BON JOVI has finally sold his New York home, after dropping $1.5 million (GBP750,000) from the asking price. The singer has been trying to offload the Upper West Side pad since 2006, when it was offered for $6.9 million (GBP3.45 million). But it didn't sell until Bon Jovi dropped his expectations and accepted an offer of $5.4 million (GBP2.7 million). However, he has still managed to make a $3.6 million (GBP1.8 million) profit on the condominium - he originally bought it for just $1.85 million (GBP9.25 million) in 1998. Bon Jovi and his family moved out of the pad last June (07), and currently live in a $24 million (GBP12 million) penthouse in New York's SoHo district.
