WYCLEF JEAN - BLIGE BUYS DREAM HOUSE WITH MUSICAL NEIGHBOURS

MARY J. BLIGE can count WYCLEF JEAN and JA RULE as her new neighbours - after splashing out $12 million (GBP6 million) on a property in New Jersey. The Grammy award-winning singer has purchased an eight-bedroom house in Saddle River, complete with a 14-seat movie theatre, a fitness centre and a wine tasting room. And the 37-year-old is preparing to meet new neighbours Ja Rule, Wyclef Jean and former Run DMC star Joseph 'Revd. Run' Simmons, reports the New York Daily News. A source tells the publication, "Everybody knows Mary J. Blige bought the house. He (MCCormack) may have signed a confidentiality agreement, but the buzz was out the minute she and her husband saw the house." Local resident Sandy Miller says, "It's nice to know Mary J. Blige is moving to the area. Everyone here is private, secluded and respects each other's space."
