US rockers THE BLACK CROWES are to record their first album of new material in six years after an 18 month-long reunion on the road.
Feuding siblings CHRIS and RICH ROBINSON reformed the group for a series of concerts in New York in March 2005 and then embarked on a lengthy tour.
The brothers are now working on new tracks in studios in Los Angeles and New York with producer and collaborator PAUL STACEY.
Stacey replaced guitarist MARC FORD, who quit the band last September (06), just days after keyboardist ED HARSCH left. It is currently unknown if he will join The Black Crowes full-time.
The new album is expected to hit record stores at the end of this year (07).
