Photographer LARRY BIRKHEAD has filed a trademark application for the phrase, "Goodnight My Sweet Anna Baby" - the line he used to comfort his tragic ex-girlfriend ANNA NICOLE SMITH as she fell asleep in his arms. Birkhead, who tearfully repeated the line at Smith's funeral service at the beginning of the month (MAR07), has asked for the trademark to cover movies, books, TV programmes, electronic media and stage plays.
