BIANCA JAGGER KICKED OUT OF NEW YORK HOME

SIR MICK JAGGER's ex-wife BIANCA has been evicted from her luxury New York apartment after losing an appeal against her landlord. The former model, 62, has been living in the rent-controlled Park Avenue pad for 20 years, but was forced to move out on Wednesday (12Dec07) after an appeals court judge upheld an earlier ruling, which restricted Jagger from using the apartment as her primary residence, due to her tourist visa. But Jagger claims her landlord, Katz Park Avenue Corporation, kicked her out as revenge for a 2003 lawsuit she filed against them, in which she alleged mould in the apartment had made her ill and the home unsuitable for living in. Jagger has now begun to move her possessions into storage. Her lawyer, Daniel Bryson, says, "This is an absolute travesty."
