LUC BESSON - BESSON TO FLOAT FILM COMPANY

LUC BESSON is set to float his film production company on the Paris stock exchange. The filmmaker's EuropaCorp company has produced 45 films since 1999 - including Transporter 2 and animated children's movie Arthur et les Minimoys - and currently has eight films in production. It is believed the acclaimed director will continue to own half the company.
