BENET: 'I WASN'T A SEX ADDICT'

Singer ERIC BENET insists the sex addiction that ended his marriage to HALLE BERRY was all made up.
Benet admits he agreed to seek counselling for a problem he never had in a desperate bid to save his marriage to the actress.
He says, "Going to that therapy, for me, was an attempt to save my marriage.
"If you've been unfaithful in a relationship, or your marriage, you're considered a sex addict now. I never really agreed with that philosophy."
Benet's infidelity eventually ended his relationship with Berry. The couple, who wed in 2001, were divorced four years later (05).
