BEE GEES - BEE GEES EVICT CYBERSQUATTER

California, USA ....
Disco legends the BEE GEES have successfully gained control of the internet domain name beegee.com after battling a cybersquatter. A squatter, known as domainsource.com, bought the web address and tried to sell it back to surviving Bee Gees ROBIN and BARRY GIBB for $2,340 (GBP1,300). The Gibb brothers originally offered domainsource.com $1,440 (GBP800) and received an email reply, saying, "Sorry, not interested in selling price." However, trademark lawyers ruled domainsource.com was using beegee.com in "bad faith" and ruled the singing group should by given the domain for free.
