WARREN BEATTY - BEATTY LIKENS MAKING MOVIES TO 'VOMITING'

AFI's 40th Anniversary Celebration at the ArcLight Theaters - Arrivals
Los Angeles, California ....
Award-winning actor WARREN BEATTY dislikes making movies so much, he has likened it to "vomiting".
The Bonnie and Clyde star - who has only made six movies in the last 25 years - has previously turned down leading roles in films like Superman and The Godfather, as well as Quentin Tarantino's 2003 movie Kill Bill, because he is very selective about the kind of work he takes on.
He says, "I only make the movies I want to make.
"For me, making a movie was like vomiting. I didn't look forward to it, but after I did it, I felt better.
"And when I have a full life, as I do now, the periods of not wanting to vomit grow longer."
