PARIS HILTON's brother BARRON was with the 16-year-old daughter of a Hollywood producer when he was arrested for driving under the influence earlier this month (12Feb08). Barron, 18, was stopped by California police on the Pacific Coast Highway and was reportedly found to have almost twice the legal limit of alcohol in his system. He was held by cops and then released on bail. Now police have revealed Superman Returns filmmaker Jon Peters' daughter Skye was in the passenger seat of the Mercedes, and was driving it before Hilton took the wheel. California Highway Patrol officer Leon Hines claims Peters was driving when the Mercedes - registered in her name - is alleged to have hit another car before knocking over a gas station attendant, prior to Hilton's arrest, reports PageSix.com.
