TRAVIS BARKER - BARKER SUES OVER ENERGY DRINK CAMPAIGN

Punk rocker TRAVIS BARKER is suing the bosses of a U.S. energy drink for using his name and image without his permission. The former BLINK-182 drummer insists he gave marketing chiefs at RockStar "no authorization" to use a photo of himself in a 2007 Internet campaign. RockStar bosses have now pulled the advert, but Barker still wants unspecified compensatory and punitive damages, according to TMZ.com.
