DIRTY PRETTY THINGS - BARAT: 'I WILL REUNITE WITH DOHERTY'

DIRTY PRETTY THINGS frontman CARL BARAT insists he will reunite with his former LIBERTINES bandmate PETE DOHERTY in the future. The pair went their separate ways after a series of bitter rows - Doherty was even jailed for burgling Barat's house, before he was axed from The Libertines for failing to kick his drug addictions. He formed new band BABYSHAMBLES and Barat went on to work with Dirty Pretty Things. But Barat insists, despite their troubles, the pair are still friends and will reunite someday. He says, "We're doing different things, but at some point I'd be happy to work with Pete. Our relationship hasn't really faded away."
