BALDWIN TAKES BASINGER BACK TO COURT

ALEC BALDWIN is hauling his ex-wife KIM BASINGER back to court in their long-running custody battle over 12-year-old daughter IRELAND.
The actor's lawyers were in court on Tuesday (05Aug08) to request a new custody hearing from Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Marjorie S. Steinberg.
Details of the issues Baldwin wants to address are unknown, but a date has been set for 11 August (08), reports E! online.
The Hollywood couple divorced after nine years of marriage in 2002.
Their custody proceedings were last brought into the spotlight in 2007, when an angry Baldwin left a raging voicemail message for a then 11-year-old Ireland on Basinger's answering machine. The message, in which he chastises his daughter and calls the Basic Instinct star "a thoughtless pain in the ass", was subsequently leaked online.
