HAPPY DAYS - BAIO: 'PRESS ATTENTION IS DAMAGING YOUNG STARS'
Former HAPPY DAYS star SCOTT BAIO claims constant media coverage is what causes the downfall of stars such as LINDSAY LOHAN, PARIS HILTON and BRITNEY SPEARS.
Baio found fame as a teenager on the beloved TV show and understands the pressures that lead so many of today's young celebrities to end up in rehab or jail.
He tells People.com, "The show (Happy Days) was fantastic, and nobody did drugs. Everybody on that show saved their money and did the right thing.
"I don't think anything has really changed. There were screwed up kids when I was young, but you didn't hear about it every damn minute. It's unfortunate, but it's a tough business and you've got to just keep your head on."
