LOIS HALL - B-MOVIE ICON HALL DEAD AT 80

B-movie western star LOIS HALL has died of a heart attack and stroke at a Los Angeles hospital. She was 80. Among her many movies were COLORADO AMBUSH and HORSEMEN OF THE SIERRAS. She also starred alongside silver screen hero BUSTER CRABBE in 1950s series PIRATES OF THE HIGH SEAS. Towards the end of her 57 year career, Hall - a devotee of the Baha'i faith, became a regular on US soap SONS + DAUGHTERS and appeared in episodes of TV dramas SIX FEET UNDER and COLD CASE.
