ARMSTRONG SLAMS SACKING RUMOURS

DIRTY SEXY MONEY star SAMAIRE ARMSTRONG has slammed reports she's been fired from the hit TV show after suffering "personal issues" last year (07) - insisting her role is a recurring one. The former The O.C. star checked into an "outpatient facility" in October (07) to tackle unknown personal problems, and her absence from the set sparked rumours her character Juliet Darling would be written out of the TV drama altogether. But Armstrong, 27, has dismissed the reports, claiming she will continue to appear on the show on a part-time basis. Her spokesperson tells People.com, "The actress will therefore be free to pursue other projects in film and on television."
