APPLEGATE TO HAVE BREASTS RECONSTRUCTED FOR HER BIRTHDAY

Breast cancer survivor CHRISTINA APPLEGATE will undergo reconstructive surgery at the end of the month (Nov08), around her 37th birthday.
The Samantha Who star, who turns another year older on 25 November (08), had a double mastectomy in July (08) after she was diagnosed with the disease.
But Applegate refuses to get depressed about her health situation - preferring instead to use her own experience to raise awareness about cancer.
She tells TV Guide magazine, "I still have quite a process until this is done. Yes, it's hard. It sucks. But I'm not a victim."
